Lucky 8 Terms and Conditions

1General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and Lucky 8 ("Lucky 8", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at lucky8.asia. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or otherwise using any part of the Lucky 8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Lucky 8 platform. Lucky 8 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material, Lucky 8 will notify registered players via the email address on file. Continued use of the platform after any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Eligibility & Registration

To open and operate a Lucky 8 account you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Lucky 8 operates a strict minimum age policy and will verify the age of any player suspected to be under 18.
• You must be the legitimate holder of the payment method you use to fund your Lucky 8 account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, phone number and any other information requested.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or player protection order applied through Lucky 8 or any linked platform.
• You must not have had a previous Lucky 8 account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms.

Lucky 8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point in the account lifecycle — including but not limited to a copy of your CNIC, a recent utility bill or a screenshot of your Easypaisa or JazzCash account. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your Lucky 8 account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made and withdrawals requested — regardless of whether those actions were carried out by you personally or by a third party who had access to your credentials.

Username and Password

Your Lucky 8 login credentials are personal to you. You must not share your username, password or any one-time password (OTP) with any other person. Lucky 8 will never contact you by phone, email or any other channel to request your password. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify Lucky 8 support immediately and change your password without delay.

Account Currency

All Lucky 8 accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees PKR. All balances, bets, bonuses and withdrawals are displayed and settled in PKR. Lucky 8 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to any Lucky 8 transaction.

Account Inactivity

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is considered inactive. Lucky 8 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month to any such account after the 12-month threshold, provided the account holds a positive balance. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied, giving you 30 days to log in and restore the account to active status.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

Lucky 8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods for Pakistani players:

• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits and withdrawals
• NayaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• SadaPay — digital wallet deposits and withdrawals
• IBFT — interbank fund transfers from any Pakistani bank
• Visa / Mastercard — debit and credit card transactions

Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at Lucky 8 is Rs 200. There is no single-transaction maximum deposit limit for standard accounts; however, daily and monthly deposit limits may be applied to certain payment methods at the discretion of the payment provider. You can set voluntary deposit limits through your Lucky 8 account settings at any time as part of the responsible gaming tools available to you.

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by Lucky 8 within standard working hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers may take 1 to 3 banking days depending on your bank. Lucky 8 does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the Lucky 8 account. Lucky 8 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal it deems unusual in size, frequency or destination.

Refund Policy

Deposits credited to your Lucky 8 wallet and used for betting are non-refundable. If a deposit is not credited to your account due to a technical error, contact Lucky 8 support within 48 hours with the payment reference number. Lucky 8 will investigate and credit the amount or arrange a return to the originating payment method within 5 business days.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky 8 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotions page at the time of the offer, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Every deposit bonus issued by Lucky 8 carries a wagering requirement — the total amount you must wager before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement on Lucky 8 deposit bonuses is 20x the bonus amount unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Cashback credited to Gold VIP tier and above carries zero wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.

Bonus Validity

All deposit bonuses on Lucky 8 expire 30 days from the date of credit unless the specific promotion states a different validity window. Free spin winnings expire 7 days from the date the spins are credited. Bonuses that have not been used or rolled over within their validity window are automatically removed from your account without replacement.

Maximum Bet Rule

While a bonus is active on your Lucky 8 account, the maximum single bet permitted is Rs 2,000 per round, spin or bet. Placing a bet exceeding this limit while bonus funds are in play constitutes a breach of the bonus terms and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it. This rule is enforced to maintain fair play and is consistent with industry-standard responsible gaming practice.

Bonus Abuse

Lucky 8 uses automated systems to detect irregular betting patterns associated with bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-margin hedging, matching bets across accounts and systematic exploitation of promotional terms. Accounts found to be abusing the bonus system will have their bonuses voided, their accounts investigated, and may be permanently suspended depending on the severity of the abuse.

6Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting markets on Lucky 8, including PSL cricket betting, international cricket, football, kabaddi and all other sporting events.

Bet Acceptance

Lucky 8 reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at its discretion. Pre-match bets are accepted at the price displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. In-play bets are subject to brief delay and market suspension during significant events — bets placed during a suspension are accepted at the reopening price. If a bet cannot be accepted at the submitted price, Lucky 8 will return the stake to your account.

Match Abandonment

If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed before reaching its natural conclusion, all pre-match bets on main markets (match winner, total runs, top batsman etc.) are voided and stakes returned within 24 hours. In-play bets already settled at the time of abandonment stand. Where a revised result is declared through official means — such as the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method in cricket — bets are settled on the official result.

PSL Specific Rules

Lucky 8 PSL betting markets cover all six PSL franchises across all stages of the tournament. Tournament outright bets are settled on the officially declared champion. Player-specific markets (top batsman, top bowler, Man of the Match) are settled on the official scorecards published by the Pakistan Cricket Board. Any dispute regarding PSL bet settlement must be raised within 7 days of the match ending.

Maximum Payout

The maximum single-bet payout on any sports market at Lucky 8 is Rs 500,000. Accumulator bets are subject to a combined maximum payout of the same amount. Lucky 8 reserves the right to lower this limit for specific events or markets with notice on the relevant market page.

7Casino & Game Rules

All casino games available on Lucky 8 — including live dealer tables, slots, roulette, baccarat, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, fishing games and crash games — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live studio feeds from established game providers. The published Return to Player (RTP) rate for each game is available in the game information panel.

By playing any game on Lucky 8, you acknowledge and accept that:

• The outcomes of all games are determined by systems outside the control of Lucky 8 and the player.
• Previous game outcomes have no bearing on future game outcomes — each spin, hand or game round is independent.
• The house edge inherent in each game means that over a sufficiently large number of rounds, the platform will retain a percentage of all stakes wagered.
• Malfunctions of any game software, including live dealer connectivity issues, void all related bets. Affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

In the event of a dispute about the outcome of any casino game, Lucky 8 will review the relevant server-side game log. The result of this review is final. Lucky 8 will respond to all casino game disputes within 72 hours.

8Responsible Gaming

Lucky 8 is committed to providing a safe gaming environment for all players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to every registered Lucky 8 account holder through the account settings menu:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps.
• Loss Limits — cap your net losses over a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications after a set time playing.
• Cooling-Off Period — temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from Lucky 8 for a minimum of 6 months.

If you apply a self-exclusion, Lucky 8 will close your account, return any withdrawable balance to your registered payment method and prevent re-registration for the duration of the exclusion period. It is the player's responsibility to inform Lucky 8 of any self-exclusion applied through other platforms if they wish those exclusions to be honoured here.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Lucky 8 and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Operating multiple Lucky 8 accounts under the same or different identities.
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or errors for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or sports results.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause.
• Laundering proceeds of criminal activity through the Lucky 8 platform.
• Systematic hedging or matched betting designed solely to clear bonus wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by local law.

Lucky 8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial crime investigation bodies. Any account suspected of facilitating money laundering or other financial crime will be frozen, reported and subject to legal proceedings.

10Limitation of Liability

Lucky 8 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While Lucky 8 makes every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted platform availability, it cannot guarantee that the service will be free from outages, errors or interruptions at all times. Lucky 8 shall not be liable for any loss — financial or otherwise — arising from:

• Temporary unavailability of the platform due to scheduled maintenance or technical failure.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or IBFT banking networks.
• Errors in odds or prices that Lucky 8 can reasonably demonstrate were clearly erroneous at the time of the bet — in such cases, Lucky 8 reserves the right to void affected bets.
• Loss of winnings or balances resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.
• Decisions made by sports governing bodies — including the Pakistan Cricket Board — that affect the outcome of events on which bets have been placed.

In no event shall Lucky 8's total liability to any individual player exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy & Data

Lucky 8 collects, processes and stores player data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering a Lucky 8 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Lucky 8 uses player data for the following purposes: account administration, payment processing, identity verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, customer support and — where you have given explicit consent — marketing communications. Lucky 8 does not sell player data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors is limited to what is strictly required to complete the relevant transaction.

12Changes to Terms & Account Termination

Changes to These Terms

Lucky 8 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it would significantly affect your rights or obligations as a player — Lucky 8 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without prior notice but will be reflected in an updated "last updated" date at the top of this document.

Account Termination by the Player

You may close your Lucky 8 account at any time by contacting support at support@lucky8.asia. Before closing your account, you must withdraw any withdrawable balance. Balances subject to active wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be forfeited upon account closure. Lucky 8 will process account closure requests within 5 business days of receiving them.

Account Termination by Lucky 8

Lucky 8 may suspend or permanently close any player account without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a financial crime risk. In cases of suspension pending investigation, any withdrawable balance will be held securely and returned if the investigation concludes in the player's favour. Lucky 8 will communicate the outcome of all account investigations within 14 business days.
